What is Accu-Chek® SmartGuide?

It is a real-time continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) solution that provides continuous access to your glucose data and readings. It also predicts the risk of hypo- and hyperglycemia, helping you make timely, informed decisions.

It works with a subcutaneous sensor worn on the arm, which connects via Bluetooth® to two apps, allowing you to access your information in real time, without scanning with a reader.

How to use the sensor

Follow these 5 simple steps to get started with the Accu-Chek® SmartGuide solution:

Download and set up the Accu-Chek® SmartGuide and Accu-Chek® SmartGuide Predict apps

Apply the sensor to the back of your upper arm

Pair the sensor with the Accu-Chek® SmartGuide app

Calibrate the sensor using a blood glucose meter

After 14 days

Remove and safely dispose of the sensor after 14 days of use

Accu-Chek SmartGuide connected via Bluetooth

Accu-Chek® SmartGuide connects via Bluetooth® to two apps on your smartphone (Android or iOS),
